The 2005 ABN AMRO Craigs Wanganui Business Awards ceremony, held last evening was a glittering affair, with Michael Eden’s GDM Group announced as the ABN AMRO Craigs Supreme Business of the Year for 2005.
GDM Group specialises in the manufacture and supply of retail systems and fixtures. The company was founded 26 years ago and they currently employ 57 people across a range of manufacturing activities including metal fabrication, powder coating and joinery, producing innovative merchandising solutions for a full range of retail shops. They have recently established a manufacturing capability in China to complement local production.
GDM Group also took the award for the Horsley Christie Manufacturing & Exporting Award.
