The Whanganui Community Foundation exists to help build a stronger, more resilient and connected community. The Business Awards provides another opportunity for this community support through an award to recognize a business that makes a substantial CONTRIBUTION TO THE COMMUNITY.
We have seen businesses contributing to the community in a wide variety of ways, employee volunteering, donations of time and resource and sponsorship. All enhance our community and, in may cases, boost staff morale and team spirit. Many are also finding opportunities to market their businesses through well targeted sponsorship.
